A new 35,000 s.f. School of Pharmacy within new and existing facilities on campus, implemented in three phases. Phase 1 consisted of reorganizing various departments in the existing science building and utilizing 6,000 s.f. of shell space to accommodate the Dean’s suite. Phase 2 consisted of the renovation of 14,800 s.f. in the existing science building. This involved some reorganization of existing science department space and overall upgrades to classroom, lab and office space. Phase 3 consisted of a 25,600 s.f. new building next to the existing science building to include classrooms, labs and faculty offices. The project achieved a LEED Silver certification.
