Corporate Office Interiors and Architecture
Cordish Company
Baltimore, Maryland

Cordish is a Baltimore based real estate development company with projects throughout the United States. In 1997 they were awarded the right to develop the Power Plant at the Baltimore Inner Harbor where they decided to relocate their corporate office. The project involved shell design to create a main floor and mezzanines, office layout and planning, a teleconferencing center, custom design for furnishings and work stations, built-in millwork items, display systems, and custom lighting. One of the existing smokestakes acts as the core element for a winding stainless steel stair that connects the 5th and 6th floors of the office space, including mezzanines on both floors.
